  产品概述:

  “DR”牌高压并联电容器适用于工频交流(50Hz或60Hz)电力系统中,提高系统的功率因数,提高电力设备能力,降低功率损耗和电能损失,改善电压质量。

  “DR”brand the high voltage shunt capacitor is suitable for the power system of power frequency (50or 60Hz), to increase the power factor, reduce line loss, improve voltage quality.

  结构特征:

  1.电容器由箱壳和芯子组成,箱体用钢板密封焊接制成。箱壳盖上焊有出线瓷套、箱壁两侧焊有供安装用的吊攀,一侧吊攀上装有接地螺栓。

  2.电容器芯子有若干个元件和绝缘件迭压组成。原件用聚丙烯膜作为介质,铝箔作极板卷绕而成。

  3.为适应各种电压,在芯子中元件接成并联或串联,根据客户需要可在电容器内部装有放电电阻或内熔丝。

  4.不得安装妨碍空气流通的水平间隔板,冷却空气的出风口应安装在每组电容器上面。

  5.当电容器在装架子之前,要分配一次电容,使其相间电容平衡(平衡度为5%)。

  6.电容器组投入是环境温度不能低于-40℃,运行时环境温度不超过+55℃,24小时平均不得超过+30℃,一年平均不得超过+20℃。如超过时,应采用人工冷却(安装风扇)或将电容器与电网断开。

  1.Capacitor made of shell and core, shell body constructed of thick steel sheet being soldiered. Outgoing porcelain bushing welded and passed through top cover of capacitor, two sides of sheel provided with two lifting brackets, one of lifting bracket assembled with earthing bolt.

  2.Capacitor core has several elements and insulated parts to be stacked. It uses Polypropylene film as medium and aluminum foil as polar

  plate to be rolled.

  3.In order to work in different voltage rating, the elements in core will be connected in series or parallel. As required, the discharging resistance or internal fuse can be built-in.

  4.The horizontal separated plate shall not be mounted, or it may block air flow. Outlet for cooling air shall be mounted on the top of each group of capacitors.

  5.Before capacitors mounted on support, it shall allocate the capacitance to be balanced (balance rate 5%)

  6.When capacitor group put into use, the ambient temperature shall not be lower than -40℃, and average temperature not exceeding +55℃, exceed +30℃ per 24hours, and not exceed +20℃per a year. If out of this range, fan shall be used to cool or switch off the capacitor group.

  主要参数:

  1.使用条件:环境温度-40℃~+55℃,海拔1000米以下。

  2.额定电压:6.3Kvac、6.6/√3Kvac、7.2/√3Kvac、10.5Kvac、11/√3Kvac、11Kvac、12.7Kvac、23Kvac。

  3.额定容量:1~500kvar。容量允差:-5~+5%。

  4.损耗角正切值:20℃时,对于全膜介质,电容器tgδ≤0.0005;对于膜纸复合电容器tgδ≤0.008。

  5.最高允许过电压:1.10倍数额定电压。最高允许过电流:1.30倍数额定电流。

  6.自放电特性:电容器加√2Un直流电压,断开电源10分钟后,剩余电压降低到75V或更低。

  7.执行标准:GB11024-2010、IEC60871-2014。

  4. Tangent of the loss angel: For the full film capacitor tgδ≤0.0005 at 20℃; For the film and paper mixed capacitor tgδ≤0.0008 at 20℃.

  5. Max permissible over-voltage:110%rated voltage.Max permissible over-current:130% rated current.

  6. Self sustained discharge ability: Give √2Un DC voltage to capacitor, the residual voltage reduced to 75V or lower within 10 minutes after power off.

  7. Applicable standard: GB11024-2010、IEC60871-2014.
